He then goes on to discuss difficult asthma and the question – “Is it the asthma that’s difficult or is it the asthmatic that’s difficult or is it difficult because it’s not asthma?”. Topics include: Sudden Asphyxic Asthma, Habit Cough Syndrome, Tracheomalacia and Vocal Cord Dysfunction Syndrome. (AUDIO synchronized with slides)
